Spacious Living Room: The living room in the apartment was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Krakow. It felt like having my very own cozy oasis amidst the bustling city.

Lack of Cleaning Services: The lack of cleaning services during our stay was a minor inconvenience, requiring us to request a broom to keep the apartment tidy.

It was handy base for visiting most Krakow attractions. Having a bathtub was great. Greatly enjoyed every moment there.

everything was absolutely perfect and the rooms were quiet. we truly enjoyed the marvellous location adjacent to the centre of the city, the main square in the centre and local restaurant. in fact, it was located in the heart of the old town.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

As trekkers and group of friends, we loved the comfortable bed, perfect location, and excellent security measures. the apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities like Wi-Fi and a well-prepared TV. the kitchen was superb and the contact with the service was immediate. it was a great value for money and provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and save money on dining out. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower, with free toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV kept me entertained during downtime, with a good selection of channels. The air conditioning was a welcome feature, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

Personally, I found the parquet floors a bit slippery and preferred a different flooring option.

We had a great stay at Crystal House By Loft Affair. The location was excellent and the apartment was beautifully renovated and very clean. We appreciated the amenities like tea, coffee, and sugar. The host was also very nice and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall we would recommend this place.

Like some other guests mentioned, the apartment was a bit small for 6 people and there was limited space for storing our belongings. We also noticed that the bathroom lacked hanging facilities and a drying cloth in the kitchen was missing.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The wifi was only available in the living room and would cut off as soon as you entered the bedrooms.
